Welcome to Tahini Technologies, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application, Tahini ("App"), including any content, functionality, and services offered. By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You acknowledge that:
• You are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You are at least 13 years old if residing in the United States, including California.
• Users under 13 years old are strictly prohibited from using the App.
• If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the App with parental or legal guardian consent.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if required by law) and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your login credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we detect any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
You agree not to:
• Attempt to manipulate, hack, or artificially inflate purchases.
• Misrepresent purchases or endorsements in a misleading or deceptive way.
• Use the App for illegal or unauthorized activities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
The App integrates with third-party APIs and data providers. We do not control third-party services and are not liable for their performance, accuracy, or availability.
Our Privacy Policy (linked separately) governs how we collect, process, and store your data. You acknowledge that the App may scan purchase confirmation emails (after explicit consent) to verify purchases. We do not store full email contents, payment details, or sensitive personal data beyond necessary metadata.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Temporary or permanent disruptions to the App due to system maintenance or third-party failures.
Your use of the App is at your own risk. The App is provided "as-is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
By using the App, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tahini Technologies, Inc. and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting info@tahini.app.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Both parties agree to resolve disputes through informal negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
